By accessing or using the rs77 website at rs77.club ("the Platform"), registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively "the Agreements"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the rs77 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rs77 ("rs77", "we", "us", "our"). rs77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the rs77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country and jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, corporate entity, or under the direction of any third party.
• You must not have had a previous rs77 account suspended or permanently closed due to a Terms violation.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an rs77 account. rs77 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the lawfulness of gambling in any specific jurisdiction within or outside Pakistan.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the rs77 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your rs77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your real legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your rs77 login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify rs77 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your rs77 account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report unauthorised access.

rs77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. This includes but is not limited to CNIC copies, utility bills, or mobile payment screenshots. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

rs77 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Payment method availability may change without notice.

• All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs).
• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the rs77 Cashier page and may be updated periodically.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the same rs77 account, unless rs77 approves an exception following identity verification.
• rs77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.
• rs77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

Any funds deposited into your rs77 account wallet are held for the purpose of gambling on the rs77 Platform. rs77 is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

All bets placed on the rs77 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, casino game, or instant game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the rs77 Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by rs77, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player except where permitted under specific market rules (e.g., pre-match bet cash-out where available).
• rs77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the bet was placed after the relevant market closure time.
• In the case of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), rs77 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Cricket betting markets – including PSL, T20 Internationals, and ODI series – are governed by rs77 cricket betting rules. Abandoned or interrupted matches follow specific settlement rules detailed in the sportsbook rules section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network conditions and market availability. rs77 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

rs77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of rs77 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinated betting with other players, or any form of bonus exploitation, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• rs77 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any player who rs77 determines has engaged in bonus abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs77 Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using inside information to place bets on any sports event.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the rs77 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the rs77 Platform.
• Registering an rs77 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any illegal source.

rs77 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

rs77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become harmful, and we take this responsibility seriously. All players are encouraged to review our full Responsible Gaming policy.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their rs77 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting is restricted until the period resets or limits are adjusted.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict their daily active session time on the rs77 Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (30 days minimum) or permanent self-exclusion from rs77 at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic session time reminders to help players maintain awareness of time and money spent.

All content on the rs77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, and the rs77 brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of rs77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rs77 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any rs77 content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs77, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the rs77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

rs77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the rs77 Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rs77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service outages may temporarily affect Platform availability.

rs77 reserves the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a fraudulent deposit chargeback.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon closure of an account for non-violation reasons (e.g., voluntary closure), any verified balance remaining in the wallet will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

rs77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version of the Terms on the rs77 Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, we may also notify registered players by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the rs77 Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which rs77 is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law. rs77 does not represent or warrant that the Platform complies with the laws of any specific jurisdiction within Pakistan, and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local law before placing any bet.
